MISSIONARY EXPOSURE

To share with others the beauty of our vocation and the eagerness of our mission is a special calling inside our daily life. To enable others to participate in the peculiarities of this culture, the idiosyncrasy of this young church and the courage of the Claretian charism in this part of the world is a wonderful adventure true to our missionary being.

This is the root of what we call the Missionary Exposure. To share during one month, the daily life of our mission with a group of young people who are sensitive to the missionary dynamism. Every year during the month of August, a few young people participate in all the activities that we run in our mission: visit to the Small Christian Communities; animation of workshops and meetings with children, youth or adults; cooperate in different projects of development; preparation of prayers and Sunday celebrations… All the activities that are at the heart of the daily life of our mission.

The first Missionary Exposure was in 2014 and the experience was very good. Every year one Claretian Missionary, accompanies this group of youth (always around 4 to 5 people).

We place this evangelical activity in God´s hands in order to make it fruitful wherever the youth may come, and we continue praying to God to keep this exposure alive and vibrant.
