BIBLE DIARY IN SHONA

Nowadays we are faced with great challenges in our lives; in our country; in the world; and there is no other way for us, believers in God, disciples of Christ, than to turn to his Word to be our light, to be our guide. “Your word is a lamp for my steps and a light for my path” (Ps 119:105).

In this context we greatly welcome the good news of having among us the Bible Diary published by Claretian Publications that reaches to us now in Shona, and is also available  in English.

“Izwi akava munhu anenyama akagara pakati pedu azere nyasha nechokwadi” (Jn 1:14). This Word of God made human and present among us in Jesus Christ,  is the word called to be in our lives “the light of the world and the salt of the earth” (Mt 5: 13-14). Therefore we need to listen to it every day. The Bible Diary in Shona is a wonderful tool in our hands to answer this great need in our lives.
